At heart, Joe was a guy who loved to fix things, especially junk. But Newtonians weren’t interested in any of his fixed up junk.  After all, it would never look as new as what they could buy in the stores.  Joe felt useless.  He was a man without a purpose and soon the people of Newton were going to bury him alive with all their garbage.  Joe figured his only choice for survival was to do something drastic.  So, he came up with a wicked plan.  He was going to fix all of them by wrecking their nice new town.
